Couple Prenatal Yoga: Start Your Pregnancy Journey Together

What is Couple Prenatal Yoga?
Couple Prenatal Yoga is a workshop designed for pregnant women and their partners to practice yoga together. This class can be attended from 28 weeks of pregnancy until close to delivery.


How will this class help me?

This class includes yoga exercises that focus on optimizing the mother's pelvis to support the optimal fetal position.


This class goes beyond the basics.

In addition to yoga practice, mothers and fathers will receive education on:

The Theory of 7 Cardinal Movements:
Understanding the seven fundamental movements that a baby makes during labor and delivery.

 

Optimal Fetal Position:
Identifying and understanding the ideal fetal position for a smooth and efficient delivery.

 

Active Movement Simulation:
Engaging in simulated active movements that can be performed by both the mother and her partner throughout pregnancy.

 

Building Mother-Baby-Father Bonding:
Exploring effective communication techniques to establish a strong bond with the baby in the womb.

This workshop is designed for pregnant women and their partners, starting from 28 weeks until close to delivery. It focuses on optimizing the mother's pelvis to support the optimal fetal position.

Workshop Content:

  • Understanding the 7 Cardinal Movements: Learn about the fetal movements during labor and how to support the baby's descent into the birth canal.

  • Pelvic Positioning and Balance: Practice techniques to ensure the baby is in the optimal position for delivery.

  • Active Movement Simulations: Practice active movement techniques that can be used during pregnancy and labor to help the baby move through the pelvis effectively.

  • Building Bonding and Communication: Learn how to communicate with your baby and strengthen the bond between you, your baby, and your partner.
